RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

  • MENORAH Stationery Private Limited will consider on a case to case basis, requests for refund of the price paid / exchange of products, upon return of products purchased. Under no circumstance will the amount of refund / value of exchange product be higher than the value of the returned product.
  • No cancellation or refund claim / request for exchange will be entertained with respect to:
    • Products removed from their original packaging;
    • Used or tampered products:
    • Any customised products or products placed for specific schools (other than customised products damaged during shipping). Where any customised product is sought to be returned by reason of damage during shipping, you are urged to not accept delivery and send the product back to us.
    • Any products purchased on sale / discount / exchange;
    • Any products purchased with gift cards / coupons;
    • Any products, after 7 days from the date of delivery of the products.
  • Should you wish to return/exchange any product, you should first write to us with details of:
    • Product sought to be returned;
    • Details of proof of the purchase;
    • Reasons for wishing to return / exchange the product
  • You will have to ship the product sought to be returned for our inspection before we make our decision on your request. The product should be shipped to the following address:

  • The responsibility for and cost of shipping shall be to your account.
  • Once your request for refund / exchange is received, and the product is inspected we will inform you of the approval / rejection of your request for refund / exchange. Our decision is final and binding.
  • Where your request for refund /exchange is accepted, the refund amount / replacement product shall be sent you within 10 days thereafter. Shipping charges for the replacement product shall be to your account.
  • Please note that by accepting our Refund Policy you have agreed that Refunds / exchanges will be granted at our sole discretion, on reasonable grounds and we are in no way obliged to provide the same.
  • This Refund Policy is applicable to all goods purchased on our website.
